I feel like I’m still struggling to figure out all of the ways that I’m letting OCD and anxiety interfere with my life. I think that the various OCD categories that apply to me are relationship OCD, harm OCD and perfectionist OCD.
Do you have more than one type of OCD that causes problems for you?

Hi Selesnya - I've never been diagnosed with a specific type of OCD, but after being in this forum I see that there are multiple types. I have identified with several of them over the course of my OCD life.
