Does anyone in the group suffer with this or a similar problem and could talk about some ways to deal with this problem?

i eat emotionally but never thought about it being caused by OCD...do you binge eat to distract yourself from the OCD? the main thing that helps me with anything i want to change is forgiving myself (or others) and being kind to myself (and others!)

Hi twocatsmom, I have Just Right OCD which revolves a lot around food and eating and it's pretty stressful. I worry a lot about how much food I am eating and i feel like eating less is a good thing. I don't struggle with what you described, but I know that any kind of struggles with food is sooo difficult.
