bleed on Asprin

Hi all I was on clopidrell for a while till I ended up in ANE when I have nose bleed that took a few hours to stop so I came off the meds then started on Asprin but lately I have bleed in gums ! I have Covid now for 8 days with it ending up with infection in siniisus and bloody nose what other blood thinners are anyone taking other than these two please !

Are you taking any supplements? a lot of them are blood thinners/anticoagulants that can overdo the effects of the ones we are Rx'd.

Only vit D and iron on prescription

I’m on Apixiban and asprin at the moment they did a bleed risk on the computer prior to both

Hello. It might even be covid worsening the bleeding disorder. I had covid in June and it messed with my platelet numbers for a full month. Then it improved. So try and see if it improves with time. Maybe talk to your haematologist about reviewing your aspirin intake during the immediate post covid time
