Blood test results.

Had routine bloods taken for hospital and dr.surgery. results from hospital going right way.. and to get more tablets from Dr .Surgery reception said to get them through chemist. Did that monday. Rang my Dr. Dr. Needs to speak to me. Dr. Rang this morning tests are showing I'm anaemic.

and need more tests . What! I have Jak2 ET . positive I'm on hydro. I need more blood tests. Told her I have blood cancer.... She hadn't looked at my notes. But! My notes were not updated with my hydro on my repeat prescription. So I thought , I ordered hydro on Monday and three left. Rang chemist and no tablets. They said ring Dr. Going round in circles. I'm to ring after three to see if I have them ordered. Luckily they have them in stock. Why isn't there a central place for everyone to be connected, it is our lives for god's sake that's on the line. It makes me so made.

When on Hu and then Peg it was always dispensed from the hospital pharmacy.

Understand where you are coming from. Not only is the GP record system separate from the hospital(s), the oncology system is separate from the heamotology oncology. I know it doesn't makes sense does it!But, a big but, how many Williams' do you think there are, not only with my initial but my name. A few. Each time I go for a test, they have to double check with my middle name. So having separate systems is an advantage peoples names are not mixed up with the body.

It is when they talk to each (email that is) it works...as it took a delay in getting my meds in the beginning.

Now that your letter is in both systems things will move forward 🤞

Daughter just back from hospital, have 4 months supply. No worries for a while. I have a Williams married to a Phillips . What other surnames Smith. I will shut up now !!!!!! Ha ha

My son has a namesake born on the same day..only separated by NI No.🙄 Good to have laugh👍Hope the meds help you along....and we'll done daughter.
