So if you are experiencing GI issues on Hu (not unusual), it's possible you are lactose intolerant and reacting to the HU in this way. I can't find good studies on this, but could be worth looking in to since lactose intolerance is common in some areas, for example in East Asia.
Maybe it can conversely help condition the body for lactose as it apparently did for member Winchie. At least we should be informed

Thanks, that must be why they don't mention it as a concern.
I looked into it some more with that in mind. It seems there can be rare cases where it's a concern according to the reports below, so there is a possibility of related complications. But the more common "intolerance" is not a problem.
