This may be of use to some of our MP N family I got this off Amazon £15 ready engraved inside is meds list you take in case of accident it's all there and is nice to look at when on your hand they do men s too,you put what you want on it I chose name ,religion illness and meds on the inside

They are adjustable they come with a medical card in a pouch to put your details on

I just made a business size cards with my emergency details on and I keep one in my phone case and one in my purse. Handy for people who are allergic to base metals
