Hi. No but I have noticed that if I use a light throw over the duvet it really settles me for a good nights sleep ( but I think its like having old fashioned blankets which I clearly remember before duvets became popular)

My daughter, who has ET, uses a weighted blanket. She loves it.

I have PV and I have cold feet whilst the rest of me is on nuclear heat but still had trouble getting off, but once I started wearing those gorgeous soft bed sock's every night and I go out like a light, always find them on the floor in the morning and I get about 9 to 10 hours sleep every night , I am 76 years old in age, not in mind. I don't let anyone see me wearing them, lol. Can't help to trying it out. June.

This may be a silly question but is a weighted blanket heavy all over or is it weighted at particular points?

What is the correlation between MPN and sleeping as it relates to using a weighted blanket?

Hi, I don’t have a weighted blanket however do use an all wool duvet which add weight and I find comfortable.
