Had my 3rd covid booster on Saturday. I can’t say I recommend having your Peg jab the night before! Felt horrendous for a couple of days after. I live in the South West and had mine 5 months after my 2nd jab

I'm in Plymouth and my Heamatologist told me that letters inviting for 3rd vaccine are imminent. However, that was last week and I've not heard anything yet .....
I had an invite from my heamo clinic so I enquired with my GP as that’s a lot closer. I was advised I had to wait 6 months which is end of October after last jab. So I’ll wait a while.
The clinic wasn't inviting you for a third vaccine as opposed to a booster? For the former I understood you don't have to wait six months but do for the booster.
The 3rd jab is a booster. I had mine early. Not everyone is getting a 3rd jab. You then have another one 6 months after that. Just to keep your immunity up I suppose.
I had my third vaccine today. Was able to get a PSD form from my GP and therefore could just walk into a vaccine clinic to get it done. I had to give them the PSD form and the doctor on duty administered the dose. It’s my understanding this is a third primary vaccine and then a booster will be given in six months time.
