The ruxo drug doesn’t sound promising, the latter part is more intriguing.
I personally would have likes to investigate more about CRISPR which is base editing = could fix all mutation and cure disease. They already have a few successes with it!
Bi or tri therapy associated with ruxo could be promising.
There’s also DUSP1 as a potential therapeutic target for PV:
There’s now base editing + prime editing to repair our genetic mutations in the future. Fascinating field!
