Interesting. I didn’t find any mention of interferon, as if it didn’t exist and didn’t get any result for MPN...Weird and wrong...

I have JAK 2 + PV and am on Pegasys, with tolerable side effects, better than any other treatment since I was diagnosed 6 years ago. It is unfortunate that a paper such as this should fail to mention the benefits of interferon. Shame. Appears to me that it has not been peer reviewed.

I agree. I find this article misleading on certain aspects and not helpful for patients.
