Vitamin D

Morning!!

Just wanted to share... I was feeling super fatigued of late, like sleepy all the time.. Someone reminded me about Vitamin D supplementation in the winter, as in a typical UK winter we are not out in the sun, and as I am office based I really haven't been getting my 15 mins per day...

Anyway good news is that after 4 days, I am feeling really good, compared with how I was a week ago..

Hope this will help some.. Also got my tree up yesterday 🎄

For me, it has really lifted me in this last week. Feeling a lot more awake. I think some of my fatigue must be seasonally related, but worth looking at if you're feeling more fatigued than usual.

Hi Mrs Average, I was advised by my immunology to take 2 vitamin D during winter and 1 vitamin D summer. Enjoy your day

You’ve reminded me I’ve not taken my vitamins in days so will do right now. Thank you & glad you are feeling better! 😀

Hi Mrs Average how do you take it? I’m on aspirin and hydroxycarbamide and always thought I had to be careful with taking supplements etc. I’m feeling very tired at moment, so anything that I could take to help would be great x

Hi. I bought a liquid from Holland & Barrett. You take between 4 and 10 drops per day, ideally in a drink with food. I'm taking mine in OJ with my breakfast 👍
