Hypertension is pretty common with PV due to hyperviscosity of the blood. I was at resting BP 135/95, with some big spikes at times of stress/pain. Once the erythrocytes were better controlled, resting BP dropped to 115/75. Hope you find the same thing to be true.
Yes. blood pressure gone up and up but not on Ruxolitinib but Pegasys. It's in the side effects listed. It's a symptom of the condition as well as far as I'm aware. I'm ET JAK2+.
