Travel insurance and the EHIC card

All,

Even though I take out travel insurance I just wondered how much the EHIC card covers you for.

Obviously things might change after March 29th but I just wondered if anyone has had to use their EHIC card whilst travelling in Europe?

Hi Mark, I think it covers you for routine medical appointments but not for air ambulance home etc. If you Google and go onto the main website for these cards, there is info there. I still take out travel insurance too. Kind regards Aime xx😺😺
