Hello,

I have PV and have been on Jakafi for one year now.

I too have gained 10 pounds but the replies of users who have not gained give me some hope.

I do remember reading somewhere on here that someone lost the gained weight from Jakafi by watching her carbs and intake.

I am going to try this and hope for some results.

Good luck.
