If you can't recognise it don't eat it ,think were did that come from ? Ask yourself these simple questions ..Many shellfish are refuse collectors,they trawl along the bottom of the sea ..clearing up debris ,we find them a delicacy .Can you tell me why? If it's growing and healthy it must be good for us ,,, .Help your doctor get you well by helping yourself ,. Try it for a few days or a week ,feel the improvement .whats to lose ??
