During these very challenging times, feeling concerned or overwhelmed by the news of Coronavirus is understandable, whether you are thinking about your own health and the possible impact, or for someone close to you. If you are feeling this way, remind yourself that there are practical things you can do. We have some very useful emotional and well-being advice which may help you.

Relaxation techniques can also be of great benefit to aid your emotional well-being, to aid you to find a feeling of comfort and control, and we have some podcasts to help you.

The podcasts have been produced for people with MPNs, by Paul, who is a psychologist and hypnotherapist and also a MPN patient, diagnosed with Myelofibrosis (MF). He has spent 10 years helping his clients to remove and deal with all sorts of life altering events and has produced these podcasts for MPN patients to help them learn to be happier and healthier and more positive about living with a MPN. We are very grateful to Paul for producing them and supplying them for free to all MPN patients.

Thanks for posting these. This is really important for all of us with MPNs or any other chronic health condition. The mind-body connection is quite powerful and often overlooked. I have had great benefit from the practice of Qigong. I hope everyone can find relaxation techniques that will work for them.

Thanks also for keeping this forum up and running. We need it now more than ever. All the best to you. Stay well and stay safe.
