Does anyone else just bark dark days. Sometime you’re bobbing along and you feel ok about the situation, and then just when you start to feel like you’ve got a handle on it something comes and knocks you for 6 and you’re right back where you started. Which for me is refusing to go near pregnant friends and avoiding society. I know it’s a bad coping mechanism but until I feel strong it’s what I do. Just wondered if this is common I guess? Xx

Fed up

Thank you for posting. I have the same feelings occasionally on some days and will hit me for no apparent or obvious reason, so please don’t feel like you are on your own. I’ve recently experienced this and all I can say is to let yourself be upset or angry or however you are feeling and don’t hold it in.
Yes. That’s where I am now. Just laying on the sofa sobbing & not wanting to move while hubby is out doing food shopping & probably not knowing what to do with me. Notice your post was a few days ago now - are you feeling any better? X
A little thank you - it’s just hard sometimes. I have PCOS and even though I know I can’t (due to lots of things) whenever my irregularity rears it’s ugly head I have a small modicum of hope which is silly because there’s not chance. I’m glad to hear that I’m not alone, none of my circle are going or have gone through anything like this so their support is limiting and often unhelpful despite their best efforts. I hope you feel a bit better soon too Xx
