So I’m in my 20s the most I’ve managed is to get out 2 x a week and still exhausted all the time, I don’t really feel like I’m living, I want to get some semblance of life back, I can’t do any of the things I used to and even my 68 year old mum can do more then me physically and energy wise ect I don’t want this to be my life. anyone anything that’s helped them? Are others in my boat and how do they get trough day to day

Hi Sadie, sorry to hear that you are struggling so much.Recovering from stroke is never easy.
You might find that you get more practical suport on this forum
healthunlocked.com/differen...
This site might also give you another source for support as well as tips on the best way to build up stamina and not get frustrated and push yourself too hard when recovery seems very slow.
To be honest I found different strokes not slightly helpful and sadly often a lot of not so nice people on there pages I done physio for a year and a half and moved to a ground floor I think the not get frustrated and pushing myself too hard is definitely a bit I struggle not to 😅
