Hate it!

My migraines is the most annoying/depressing thing I’ve ever experienced! I promised if they were to mysteriously go away, my life would be so much better! I’m so sick of my head throbbing all day everyday, the constant visual disturbances(flashes, wavy lines, floaters), the water sensation! It’s so annoying & at times is beyond scary to experience! At times I hear stuff moving in my head, like crackles & pops! I hate that I have yet to find a solution to this. I’m desperate for any tips on ways to actually get RID of migraines! HELP!

This is what causes my anxiety! Sometimes I’d rather not be here than to deal with this! Being that I have a child keeps me pushing but it’s annoying!

Have you seen the worldmigrainesummitt.org? This has changed me and my migraines. I was taking Feverfew and it was not often enough. I took it only 2 times a day and now I take it 3x a day and my pain scale.has gone way down. I still get them but they are not as painful. I have also started to address every else that hurts ""comorbid symptoms". In addition I have stopped the OTC drugs becuase they were giving me more tension headace.

I hope these suggestions help.

Take care,

I will definitely take a look & also consider feverfew as well! I’ve heard of it before but was a little hesitant to try due to the name of it lol

Yes, I agree the name is weird, but it helps me a lot. I also assume you are taking magnesium 2x a day.

Please go over the workshops that help you personally on worldmigrainesummitt and it will give you new hope!

Take care

I’m actually not taking anything at the moment bc I’ve tried multiple things but no hope. But I’m still willing to give other options a try!

I know what you mean I took so much and it made me sick so how all I take is magnesium ( research studies show all people with migraines are low in this) and feverfew and it really helps.

Good luck!

I think you could also ask to see a Headace specialist, that person might be a Neurologist, but they only focus on migraines.

Take care.

I have been seeing a headache specialist for almost a year now, I gave up hope on her lol. I really don’t prefer to take pharmaceutical drugs for migraines. I’d rather natural vitamins & herbs as the ones you suggested.

2 more things. Have you looked into neurotransmitters? Also read about magnesium and which type is best.

Good luck!

I’m not aware if I have tried those or not. I’ll definitely look into it! Thanks☺️

I’ve started taking cbd oil really low percentage. Not perfect- only been a week but no migraine only mild headache. I totally sympathise it ruins your life. Cbd oil maybe worth a go. The healing cauldron were very helpful with lots of advice. Good luck.

I have just discovered the Stanton Protocol from someone on this site recommending it. I'm going to try it: diet to balance sodium and potassium in your food and maintain hydration. I think it'should worth a go as I've tried so many other things.
