* Opening a fresh bag of coffee and savouring the lovely armoma that only comes from that first time you open a new bag
* Hearing my cat's welcome (well maybe demand for food) when I woke up.
* Getting a seat on the train on the way into work (don't always)
* Getting a document I needed to complete done and out
* Seeing the llamas from the train window on the way home.
Today was a day when I felt I could smell the roses as they say. Not every day is like this, so I take joy in today. Tomorrow who knows. But right now, it's still today.
I'm learning to enjoy the days/the times I can. Hope you found joy in your day today.

Thanks. If/when it does end, it's on a blog now, so I can go back and remind myself of how I felt and prove to myself it did happen, I do have good days. Don't know about you, but on bad days, I forget the good days ever happened and nothing will convince me they will happen again.
Thanks Sue its good to hear about good days. We can get pleasure from so many things. Most of which are free. I walked to work and noticed the blossomon a tree. I played badminton this evening and won a game which made me feel good. I have had depression for many years but only recently learnt to acknowledge the good things to help me feel good. Keep this up it is a good lesson for us all.
There is a lovely chap staying at our house at the moment while my landlady is away and he is very funny and just like me (random and weird!) so at the min everytime im with him he cheers me up and i forget about things
I laughed so much my stomach ached the other day.
I dont want him to leave!
But it has shown me there are nice lads in the world somewhere!
