Morning Reggie. You are not alone when you chat on here. I know you cant see people on here but dont give up we are here to help each other. Chat on here anytime. I have found this good recently. There is always someone who feel the same as we do. I get lonely in my head, as there are always people around me but nobody understands how I feel. Depression is a condition that people cant see or understand, unless they have had experience of it. You may find more people have had depression. I have found some people who I thought were in control of everything have depression too. You are not alone.

hi reggie i know all about loneliness it makes you feel really bad but as golfer said this site is a great place and you can talk anytime. i have anxiety and depression and feek isolated at times. i think where i live is very lonely dont see or speak to anyone for ages. i say hello to my neighbours but that is it. even when i am with people i feel alone as golfer does. please write on here when you feel lonely as you say it is a very dark place. best wishes
