It seems Bupropion XL's has been discontinued in the States, and here in Canada, all Bupropion or Wellbutrin ins unavailable from the manufacturer - September 2024. The pharmacist replaced it with Bupropion SR.
My script was for Bupropion 300 XL once a day. They replaced it with equals Bupropion 150 SR twice a day.
That seems to me wrong though - 300 XL for 24 hours would keep the levels in my system at the consistent 300, but the twice a day would keep my levels at 150. Is this correct?
