Hey everyone, so I'm a bit new to this but I've been feeling very depressed lately, like having mental breakdowns/crying every couple days because of some physical health problems i've had for a while. It's not something I really talk about with friends or family, it's a very sensitive topic but sometimes I wish I had a shoulder to cry on when it gets really bad
i've been considering antidepressants ? I don't really know what else to do honestly, does anyone have advice ?
