I was prescribed 50mg Sertraline and the doctor also prescribed Cyclizine with it in case I felt sick. I felt sick and had a headache for a few days. I discovered that taking Sertraline with my breakfast and not on an empty stomach stopped the sickness When my dose was increased to 100mg I felt anxious and depressed for a few days but that also wore off. It's worth giving it a try
