What if your tired of leaning on the same people and doing so just makes you feel like a burden to them.

If they are your friends then you won't be a burden and if you think you are then ask them.simple they will treat you how they would like to be treated if they're were struggling.youll be doing a lot of negative thinking so your judgement is more likely to be clouded try and challenge your negative thoughts and look at them in a different way.but most of all keep eating drinking and pushing forward even though your tired.im knackered and I've been at it years.try cbt self help books.there is a book called fxxk it.the spiritual way .Great read by they way it's nothing to do with religion. Stay safe.mermaid 314
