Got diagnosed about 3 years ago & didn’t really know what was happening to me until my GP informed me what it might be. Biggest thing for me is overthinking, which affects my sleep and when I do manage to sleep I wake up still feeling anxious. Took Mirtazapine for sleep to begin with, but came off them owing to ending up on the bedroom floor numerous times. On Citalopram now, but not much good, so willing to try anything..🙂

Oh man, that sounds miserable! Trying to find the right med is a journey in and of itself - it took me a few years to find out Zoloft is the best for me. And I’m still trying to quit weed but it helps me sleep 😴

I recently found online yoga classes that you can do in-bed to help prepare for sleep. I find them incredibly relaxing and helpful.
