So true. We tend to be unkind to ourselves. This is a good reminder 🙏

Hello swilly and vonus, so true we tend to neglect ourselfs we should treat ourselves like we would someone we love we often don't love ourselves enough, or appreciate ourselves enough, I'm looking after my phiysical and mental health more I tend to stick up for others but not myself this is changing, I wish you us should I say 😊a peaceful and positive self nurturing Sunday, hugs to us 🤗🌹

It is so important to treat ourselves with love and compassion and understanding - grow and fulfill and look after our mental and physical wellbeing - good points!!!

Where's the tips to get ahead?

My tips would be

1. Do something different once I'm a while

2. Don't be too harsh on yourself

3. Try eating healthy foods or even a blend of smoothie

4. Do something that you love and something that makes you feel authentically you.

5. Smile (even if you don't feel like it)

6. Sometimes it's okay to even fake it, you don't have to express every emotion you have to everyone.

7. The comfort zone isn't always a bad place, if you can still grow inside if it.

I would say talk to yourself as you would friend, show understanding, compassion and self love. Always love yourself and respect all your emotions and grow and learn with your thoughts and trying talking in encouraging thoughts to yourself

Thanks for all tips and I love all - some clever tips - important for mental health to accept all of you and support yourself
