Im in college and this guy texts me on my social media, he is my classmate. Anyways I kept being nicer until he asked me my birthday and I told him the date.(which I shouldn’t had told) Now he is telling each and every person of my class that I wanted to get involved or like you know, some sort of interested in him that’s why I told him my Birthday. What the •••• is wrong if I just told him the date on his asking? My reputation in class is not the same after this shit happened. He showed all of our messages, which were not wrong neither I was frank with him but he showed every message to the whole class. This is making me extra anxious that I’ve skipped college for two days. Please give me some advise on how to handle this situation

He is clearly a bully and not worth your attention. But that is easy to say. If you have skipped college then you need to tell the college about the problem. I would assume there is a female you can approach? In the end they only effective weapon is humour and derision. I would strongly suggest you identify some more supportive (female?) CLASS MEMBERS WITH WHO TO SHARE THE "i KNOW, ISN'T HE PITIFUL? wHAT A SAD CHAP/...." ETC LINES AND TRY VERY HARD TO LAUGH IT OFF. Sorry for the caps - right from the start they put the lock in the wrong place for digital keyboards! Big fingers!
The problem sad to say is over now so it may be the best way to just move on because if you feel the way you do your upset will give you more problems as people like this will keep working on your upset, and this will make matters worse and it will take a longer time to live this upset down. You could discuss your concern with your lecturer although this may cause more problems. Any damage done will be over now so you could just walk away. when people approach you regards your privacy
Was any of the information was sensitive regards past relationships etc >
