S.A.D. help

Hey everyone! I have some seasonal affective Depression. It is worse in the dark winter months, but it starts to get better around March. However, this year my area has been hit with late snow, and wind for the past week-and-a-half.

I have been doing pretty well, and excited to think that "Spring" and Summer will be here soon. Planting flowers, seeing the trees bud out, and the grass get green... but the wind and weather is damaging and killing things and I am finding myself stuck inside watching things get damaged....

Question: what do you do for S.A.D.? I have a therapy light and try to do things inside, but it is almost not enough. Is there a supplement I can take to help? Any help is appreciated.

Having photos or pictures or ornaments that remind you of your favourite things. Scented candles or incense sticks. Surround yourself with what you like the most. Books or magazines.

YouTube is good to explore and you can search any topic just google

I've found vitamin D3 helpful for winter blues. 25micrgrams a day. 😁

These are all wonderful things to try. Thank you all :)
