Hi Lisa it's tempting to up your dose but you need to talk to your doctor first.15 mg mirt usually prescribed to also help you sleep never self medicate especially upping the dose.

Talk to your Doctor, possibly He may increase the dose anyway. Three months generally is not very long and depending on the reason why you are on this dose, your Doctor may need too see you before upping medication
