I’m depressed down to earth and feel like giving up everything and go far away from ppl and lots of things. My heart ache heavily and can’t think straight

Hey there kollyjay

What u are mentioning here happens 2 most of us. U won't believe that what u are talking about happens every now and then. Even when there is nothing wrong happening. So just take it day by day, that is the only way u can make it. The pandemic is not helping, it even worse to us depression survivors... We are here to listen when u want to chat
