Hi all,
I have been dealing with varies levels of depression all my life. I think it has disrupted my life in many different ways. Every person that says that they are there for you and are listening, sometimes are really against you. I have always been closed off, but I am tired of being that person. It’s time to open up a new door. Hopefully I can gain some help here and give some advice to others that need it.
Hi Knoxx, you’ve taken a good first step by coming here. I’m kind of the opposite where I have often shared too much in the past and have regretted it. There is a happy medium. Places like this are safe to seek out conversations with people who truly understand what you are going through. Hoping you’re feeling ok today and that you have a wonderful day.

Hi Knoxx, welcome. I joined about 3-4 weeks ago. It's a great community and everyone is very supportive. I know it's already helped me a lot. Hopefully you have a similar experience.
