l am so sick of being constantly stressed and feeling complete despair for future

I know exactly how you feel and sit constantly trying to come up with the unanswerable question how to change things. With the way things are I can honestly say I don’t know how much more I can take. I’ve had 11yrs of hell and would just love to be me again and feel independent and free.
