We need to be able to protect ourselves and if people knock you down it can be habit forming and eventually people loose confidence And can become a victim of other peoples attitude. Remember if you keep falling people can wonder if it is worth getting back up. eventually negative feelings can cause mental health concerns, then end up loosing confidence and then asking to see A Doctor.

It is important you know when move on and find people who will show respect and understanding. Who have the same interests as yourself

Do not allow people you know or meet to slap you down. We all need respect and understanding
