Is anyone breathing affected when they get a sinus infection. I have mild asthma and have really been affected by sinus problems this year that give me shortness of breath and i stress about it making it worse.

Anyone else?

I get that everytime I get a sinus infection.

Heating pad on ur chest does help alittle.

If u take a super hot washcloth n place it across bridge of ur nose n sinuses n leave it there till it cools off to icy cold..it will help open ur sinuses n even helps alittle with breathing n is calming.

Hi Damian’s I empathize with U. I’ve had left sided sinus headaches since I’ve been a little girl. Sometimes they turn into migraine like headaches as well. Hippolove below has great advice and I’m going to use some of the tips. Breathing is an issue and it can make U a little tired 😓 because there isn’t a clear passage way. I can drive and do about everything when I have these headaches, tho vein on the computer can be extremely annoying. Try warm and cold washcloths over your eyes.

Good luck. I’m here 4 U

Of course. Whatever issues, I might have had with my parents, my health and the

health only 2 brothers were always on the top of their list. Re my

sinus/migraines - i’ve Had everything from antibiotics, CT scans of my

sinus, allergy tests, etc. But please

do not stress it if your asthma is acting

Up, because if I’m correct your asthma

will become worse have U talked to your

specialist about relaxation exercises if

Possible to do I know that this pandemic is hellacious it’s screwing up my

sleep 😴 patterns If U can always keep your cell phone 📱 near U and play

comforting music with a slow rhythm

know that this is a challenging period

and since I live alone and take

Of course we are here for each other. Right now I'm on the computer looking for jobs and I can feel a sinus headache coming on. Because it's 1 PM in L.A. I'm going to take a break in about half an hour, have lunch and take 2 generic Excedrin I'm also ADHD

so fortunately if the pain took some time to go away when I was at a regular office job pre Covid I would hyperfocus keep very focused on what I was doing and pushed through it. I'm sure U have been in many situations, where U pushed thru the pain.

It is still quite uncomfortable. Hope U R feeling better. Hugs S
