Sertraline and diarrhoea

Has anyone else found that sertraline has given them diarrhoea that lasts several weeks? I'm hoping for reassurance that it will settle down. I was fine on 50 mg, stomach settled, the GP increased the dose to 100 mg and that caused diarrhoea which didn't go. Was prescribed omeprazole to help but that made things so much worse so didn't take any more but the diarrhoea has persisted for 2 weeks since that now. Have cut back to 50 mg sertraline for past week but not yet helped. Otherwise I'd be fine now as its helped the depression and anxiety so reluctant to change.

I took my first 50mg dose on Saturday and have had awful diarrhoea so much so I never took anymore never felt so ill. I still have it off and on and it's now Tuesday. I took this years ago and never had this reaction to it
