I'm scared

I'm scared im going to forget myself or ill never feel my emotions again. Im constantly foggy and out of touch with my emotions. It scares me when I tell someone I love them, but cant feel it 100%. most of my brain fog stays up towards the top of my head towards a head scar I have, could that be bad?

Am i going to lose it?

When did you scar your head, how did that happen ? If it is recent and your Doctor does not know about it you need to discuss it with your Doctor, call the Doctor and explain ?
