Hi like I've been told I'm depressed recently. I'm ok with it. It's just hard cos I don't like talking on the phone. Been taking antidepressants for nearly 2 months started on 50mg then 3 weeks ago upped to 100mg. Doing work with a mental health nurse but I don't know if the tablets 💊 are doing anything? How long do you think it takes to know if they work? Appreciate the help

It usually takes 3months to reach full effect. May I ask which medication you're on? Mental health nurse should work with you over the meds so make sure you have a good talk to them about it.

Hey thank you, appreciate it. Before all this I never go to the doctors and stuff so it's all new to me. It's like sertraline 100mg. I'll give it a bit and talk to them about it
