I listen to LBC radio, when I feel down - talk show
I go for walks.. take warm bubble baths..
Have u been out today Rob I find myself staying in a lot been downloading apps like Calm Headspace and trying to Meditate
I used to like swimming it seemed to tire me and shift my mood in a positive way
If you cannot swim learn, all good fun, lol
