Feeling extremely stressed and worked up for the upcoming exam.. have been bottling up my worries.. feeling like I need to constantly be at my best otherwise I will fail the test.

hi when is it you could revise for a few days before then have a day or two trying to unwind go into thee exam with clear thoughts.

Consider Mindfulness when you are resting, Relaxation Technique especially before your Exam and when you get home. If your exams are in the morning or afternoon you will need to relax,
