Insomnia can affect so many that suffer with anxiety so you are not alone but the amount of meds you are taking for it has the Doctor prescribed you take that much ?

Why do you feel they are damaging you ?

Hi

So many of us are suffering with the same thing , you are not alone

I agree with BOB though that you are taking to many of those tablets and you need to talk to your Doctor about it , you could be doing yourself some harm , so you need to possibly ween of them with your Doctors advice

How did you get on at the walk in centre ? x

O so sorry to hear that but you are in the best place and they will sort you out :-)

Tell them about your problems and how many tablets you have been taking so they can help with that while you are there , the tablets may not have helped

Wishing you a speedy recovery :-) x

Has the above condition had something to do with you Chronic Condition, How old are you to have this problem ?,

The Pancreatitis condition may be caused by medications you are taking

BOB

Why take this excess of medication, also where are you getting it. You need to understand you may be putting stress on your kidneys and that is not a good idea. My advice is stop overdosing and see your GP and discuss what is bothering you. Make a list of your concerns, this will help you benefit more at your appointment.

We are here to help and listen, Welcome, we all hope, to get and know you and give support

Make an appointment to see your Doctor. So you can discuss you medication needs.

Where do you get your medication ?, Is the dose as recommended or if not does your Doctor not ask why your script is running out that quickly.

Have you tried Relaxation Techniques at various times of day. You can use MINDFULNESS when you are preparing to sleep when in bed. Hopefully you will be able to calm and sleep. Books explaining the technique can be purchased on Amazon for £7;00 stg.

If you are unable to sleep, taking showers just before bed can have a negative affect. Having supper near to sleep will cause your tummy to be working still as you try and sleep, this will cause problems before bed. Suppers are best taken three or four hours before sleep.

I you have hobbies or diversions you enjoy this can also help you consider the hobby and clear the mind of negativity. Try not to watch horror or violent movies, just before sleep. Various programs that are not violent, for frightening can also prevent sleep. Try and look for something less in your face. I look at books in my Library, they are mostly picture books of where I have been, I have a Congenital Short Term Memory Disorder so the books are basically picture books they are helpful to also sleep with eye candy. Anything to control your insomnia.
