Wow that’s a good one. Addiction is a brutal thing to go through no one expects it to happen to them. No room self hatred just compassion as with any disorder addiction. Big hug.

Hey well done to you, keep going, you are doing so well. Learn to love yourself as you are important. I go to yoga and we get told every week make time for ourselves and we are important.
