My mum has put me off

My mum has put me off, helping my son and others. She has such a negative vibe that - cannot help others - not to do and stay in your own world - she has even put me off contact with other people. Just because she is feeling down - she brings me down with her. I feel incapable and depressed

Preventing you helping yourself family and others here is somewhat self centred and that is so very sad. The best way to help yourself is to help others as they will explain their situation to you and in that way eventually will help you and others around you

A patient is the best to understand others with the same problem, you need that sort of help to gain confidence and move on along the pathway that has been allocated to you and those around you
