That's really good, I'd never thought of mapping it in such a way but really works and might help me step out of it. Cheers!

i showed it to my therpist today. she said to try breaking it at step 4 so i don't go into overload instead of waiting till i'm overwhelmed to calm down

If you think this positive way will help you go ahead, you need to be comfortable in your own skin. I found certain things help me, that may not work for others. Consider anything that will help you, you need to be able to relate to your concerns and address them.

Yeah. I think it’s step 4 that really catastrophises things and makes the anxiety beast so hard to handle.
