I have learned that not everyone understands what we are going through.

That is why I joined this site to talk. Feel free to message me if you need someone to talk to.

I think that the purest of hearts feels the bad in this world the worst. The bad thoughts I analyzed my problem was that thinking it was wrong until I heard someone say that it is not your first thought that comes to mind that makes you who you are it is the one after that. I learned to control that and even tell myself no it is not right. When it comes to wanting to hurt myself I hold on to my kids who are depending on me.

The problem is when we suffer mental health concerns. People and Family can become jaded with you explaining how you feel. Be concise and be short and sweet with your discussion,

If not already talk to your GP and explain how you feel, a course of CBT may help you gain confidence, also learn how to address your concerns
