Hello pace_yoself

Thank you for your message. To answer your question, you need to let us know what country you are in.

If you are in USA the age you would need to be can range between 16years to 18years depending on the State you reside in.

Let us know your situation and perhaps our members will be able to help too.

Best wishes

I live in the USA. Also if I want to be alone, do I have to ask my therapist.

I would def ask ur therapist what her rules are since she is ur therapist. You might also consider later on..letting ur parents be with u...MAYBE to be able to understand ur struggles n to be able to support u in the correct way.And the therapist can help "Them" with that.Really ur choice. I wish u well.. and I think its great u have recognized u need to speak to someone and ur helping yourself.People older than u don't get to that realization :) n ask for help!! Best to u!!

My daughter went in alone at 16. As parents I think we went in once or twice with her.
