Yesterday was a rollercoaster ride🌻

I ended up spending the day with my dad as he needed support so bad. We went for a hike, visited my Grandmas grave to drop off flowers and then went out to dinner. We have been close for awhile now, but yesterday his pain, frusterations and vulnerability brought on a very special experience for the both of us. All I can say is please let the ones you love know how much you care. My dad hurt me by walking away when I was younger but forgiveness and compassion saved our relationship. Now, Im proud to be a daughter of an amazing man. He is my rock. Im so thankful and blessed for how much my life has improved. Life is so hard but ANYTHING is possible. 🌻
