It was my Birthday

Everyone celebrating and everyone happy. I didn't get to see my son but see him tomorrow. So I just cheered myself up with the rest of my family. If only, I could have done more was the only other thought I had. But glad everyone enjoyed.

Firstly, happy birthday.

I use to think like that a lot, think a lot of us have.

My Dad always told me you can't change anything in the past, just have to live in the present. Regretting and overthinking ruined my mind at a point in my life. Started practicing mindfulness.

I had my Birthday about three weeks ago, I received one card from my Wife and Pax.
