Worried after being off sick going back to work

My employer has just well on 22 July 2018 spoke that she is not happy with my current work situation where for many years I worked for Matalan in Newbury and never in my working life ever been bullied before consent puts me down saying that it takes so long to finish a certain job and I am struggling now because there's too much at stake for me clear delivery say ten plus cages in fours of my shift a day I work and within go on tills help customers and maintenance and what hurts me the most is what I do like I know she not seeing me give my heart out I am very passionate and committed worker I am not a slacker like the rest are I do my job at the best possible way I can in my own pace and need the employer to expect me to Kara Danvers aka kara zor el the oldest and cousin to Clark kent kale Aja super girl how do I go about this I am sick am afraid what reaction the employer will have with the letter and absence

Being treated like that at work is no different than being in an abusive relationship. You eventually believe that you deserve to be treated poorly, and that starts a downward spiral that's hard to get out of. Maybe it's time for a change. It'll take courage and a leap of faith, but you'll feel like a new person. I've been there, and put up with the bullying until I was fired. It was the best thing that could have happened to me! I just wish I'd had the courage to get out before it got to that point. Believe in yourself! 🌈

Thanks went back today with doctors letter explaining my health problems so I see from there
