Hi there are no medics on here so no one can diagnose you, we are just fellow sufferers.
What you need to do is see your doctor, get a diagnosis, and access the help available to you. Having suicidal thoughts is definitely a red flag that you need help, so don't delay please. x
Hi GemGem95, and thank you for your post. You will receive replies from other members of this caring forum who understand how you are feeling. We are unable to give a diagnosis on the forum, so I suggest you make an appointment to see your GP as soon as you can. He/she will be able to help and support you. Can you think of what may of happened 2 weeks ago when you began to develop these symptoms, as this may help you to address your anxiety?

Make an appointment with your GP, write a list of your concerns. This list will help you explain your needs. If you know the cause, that will help you on a recovery pathway
That's great advice Bob - GP appointments can be quick and stressful. I'd advice GemGem95 to write ALL issues on a sheet of paper and give that to the GP. You can't forget issues and they can't ignore them if they're put in front of them.
Good luck GemGem95 the hardest part is realising you have a problem, you need to seek professional help.
